Eti Naami joined Benari Capital in 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in operations, logistics, customer management, procurement, and business administration across national and international organizations.
Born and raised in Israel, Eti served in the Israel Defense Forces before earning a Bachelor's in Logistics and Economics from Bar-Ilan University, an Associate's in Industrial Engineering and Management, and a Master's in Logistics and Marine Systems from the renowned Rupin Academic Center. Early in her career, she managed complex operational, customer, and financial processes, working closely with clients, suppliers, logistics teams, and company leadership.
After relocating to the United States in 2016, Eti dedicated several years to raising her family while continuing to develop a deep interest in all areas of personal finance, including investing, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and long-term wealth building. What started as a personal deep-dive into investing and financial planning became a genuine commitment to helping others make smarter decisions with their money.
At Benari Capital, Eti brings operational precision and attention to detail to every client interaction, designing and maintaining systems and processes that make for a seamless client experience. Eti believes the best client relationships are built on trust, consistency, and genuinely caring about each client as an individual.
Outside the office, Eti enjoys studying investing and personal finance, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops throughout the Chicago area, traveling, and spending time with her twin sons. She is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
